Oleksii Khakhaliev is an independent strategic consultant cooperating with the Risk Institute. He is responsible for the implementation of consulting projects in the fields of Customer Value Management (CVM), datamining, organization of data structures, implementation of Campaign Management (CM), DWH and Datamarts. He has experience in implementing projects in areas of telecom, retail, pharmaceuticals and HR.

Mr. Khakhaliev has many years of experience in outsourcing, consulting and development of analytical products. He has over 14 years of experience in data analytics, marketing research, customer intelligence and data warehousing, over 10 years of managerial experience of various teams, and over 16 years of telecom experience.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Khakhaliev held various senior managerial positions in Kyivstar, a VEON group company and the leading telecom operator in Ukraine. He was responsible for marketing reporting to the headquarters and shareholders, developing the analytical function and organizing reporting in business intelligence systems, implementing the data warehouses, creating a single window to form business requirements from Business functions to IT, developing marketing research, developing data mining models and implementation of the CM project.

Mr. Khakhaliev was the main customer of launching 2 data warehouses at different times: Teradata (2008) and Oracle Exadata (2013). During the implementation of the last one, a number of projects for monitoring processes and data quality were introduced, such as: Data management processes developed and new metadata tool Collibra implemented, new Corporate Glossary and calculation methodology designed and implemented; Marketing reporting changed and automated, marketing reporting launched on a new DWH platform; New prediction models developed and deployed on a new DWH platform.

Mr. Khakhaliev was responsible for the development of advanced analytics and managed the datamining team since 2006 and according to the results of BI benchmarks, conducted by Telenor, as the shareholder of Kyivstar that time, the team received the title of "state-of-art datamining team" in 2008, 2009 and 2010.

Mr. Khakhaliev has a Specialist’s degree in Statistics and Financial Mathematics from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University. He completed the CIM Professional Diploma Program from the Charted Institute of Marketing of London designed for Kyivstar. He also received a Commercial Director Certification from the Institute for Master and Post Diploma Studies at KROK University of Economics and Law
